Anton is Managing Director of Counts of Castell and of Castell Energy, with over 18 years of experience in the seafood industry in sales, processing, smoking and fish farming.
Casimir Graf von Wedel
Founder
Casimir is Managing Director of Griestaler Fish Farm and of Castell Energy, with experience in project development in the Schloss Gödens family business.

Wilhelm has over 30 years of experience in banking as a former member of the Managing Board of Deutsche Bank Privat- und Geschäftskunden AG and former CEO of Sal. Oppenheim.

Advisory Board
Stephan is the managing owner of the Kuffler Group, the family owned hospitality group with restaurants, hotels and catering in Munich and Frankfurt, and has decades of experience in the hospitality sector.

Andreas was Managing Director of Faber-Castell Asia-Pacific for 24 years and Director of the SOS Print + Media Group in Australia for 41 years.

Daisy is Executive Producer at ProSieben seven.one Entertainment Group, with 15 years of experience in German television and 20 years of media relations for the family's fish farm and Delikatessen at Griestal.
Thomas Karg
Sales and Product Development
Thomas has over 20 years of experience in food sales in retail and wholesale, most of it in seafood, including more than five years as Sales Director of Gräflich Castell'sche Delikatessen.
Renate Stoiber
Administration and Bookkeeping
Renate has spent her whole career in administration and bookkeeping, including over 10 years at Gräflich Castell'sche Delikatessen.
