Founder
Anton is the Managing Director of Gräflich Castell'sche Delikatessen and Counts of Castell GmbH, with more than 15 years of experience in fish processing, smoking, flow-through farming, and seafood sales within Germany.
Casimir Graf von Wedel
Founder
Casimir is the Managing Director of Schloss Gödens Entertainment and CVW Future, with over 8 years of experience in fish farming, processing, project development, and event management.

Co-Founder, Advisory Board
Wilhelm has over 30 years of experience in the banking sector and is a former member of the Managing Board of Deutsche Bank Privat und Geschäftskunden AG, and former CEO of Sal. Oppenheim Bank.

Andreas has been Managing Director of Faber-Castell Asia-Pacific for 24 years, with a distinguished career encompassing 41 years as Director of the SOS Print + Media Group, bringing invaluable insight and leadership to the board.

Daisy Rosemeyer-Elbers (Castell-Rüdenhausen)
Marketing and Media Relations
Daisy is the granddaughter of Count Wulf-Diether zu Castell-Rüdenhausen, who began the family's fish farming tradition in Griestal, and has 20 years of media relations experience with Gräflich Castellsche Fischzucht and Delikatessen, as well as 15 years in German TV and media relations.
Thomas Karg
Sales and Product Development
Thomas is the founder of AlmOxx, a company that provides regional and sustainable meat and fish. He has over 20 years of sales experience in retail and wholesale of fish products and was Sales Director at Gräflich Castellsche Delikatessen for over 5 years.
Renate Stoiber
Administration and Bookkeeping
Renate has worked in administration and bookkeeping her entire career and has been with Castell for over 10 years.
